Size: Skull roughly about 12 centimetres long.
Known locations: China - Xidagou Formation.
Time period: Wordian/Capitanian of the Permian.
Fossil representation: Partial skull.
As an anteosaur, Stenocybus is a genus of dinocephalian therapsid that lived in China during the mid-Permian era.
