In Depth

       Lobalopex is a genus of burnetiamorph biarmosuchian therapsid that lived in South Africa during the Permian.‭ ‬As a burnetiamorph,‭ ‬Lobalopex would have been more closely related to genera such as Lophorhinus and Pachydectes than to Biarmosuchus.
